Certain appointments are required and necessary to ensure you are staying on track. If you are unable to make any of the suggested appointments, you should contact our office immediately. We have a very successful program and following the guidelines we’ve set is critical for you to get the most from your program.
You will also be provided with a daily food consumption sheet that will need to be completed daily and brought in to your follow up appointments. If for any reason you are unable to make it in for a follow up appointment, you will be responsible for sending in the previous week’s sheets to the above email, in order to continue the program.

Will I gain the weight back after the diet? After the hCG diet, you will find your appetite has changed, eating behaviour will be changed and your body will of course have changed.
